Joma’s new trail running shoes are taking waterproofing to a whole new level. Designed for gentle training and gentle places (greater than 5 and a half minutes per km), they will give you maximum protection when the rain catches you off guard in the mountains. You will also be able to wear them everyday to walk on your hiking routes. Whatever the day throws at you, enjoy nature by walking in comfort.
The upper is made partly in a lightweight textile with AISLATEX finish, a membrane that provides protection when walking through water without restricting the wicking of sweat. That way, the foot will stay completely dry, while no extra weight will be added to the trainers either. To adjust and protect the textile, pieces of synthetic material have been stitched to the upper.
The back is equipped with a flap that makes the trainers easier to put on and take off.
The midsole is made of sectioned phylon, which is designed to adapt better to the foot strike and improve its transition, especially when walking on rough terrain. A good combination between cushioning and stability.
The sole is constructed in excellent quality DURABILITY rubber and withstands wear due to abrasion. The special patterns help to grip to uneven surfaces with a medium-technical difficulty both on ascents and descents.
